▪️ Outside food & drinks are strictly not allowed on board.

-The above-listed price is estimated.

- An outside catering and corkage fee is applicable should you like to bring your catering and drinks.

- The final price is based on catering, bar, guests, taxes, and any add-ons.

▪️ 50% of the total amount is required to reserve the date. In case reserving a date more than one month apart. The remaining 50% would be needed 21 days prior to the trip date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the Charterer must cancel for reasons other than Force Majeure, the Charterer’s monies will be forfeited according to the following schedule:

Cancellation > 90 days before cruise date: Charterer forfeits 25% of total charter cost.

Cancellation 30-89 days prior to cruise date: Charterer forfeits 50% of total charter cost.

Cancellation < 30 days prior to cruise date: Charterer forfeits 100% of total charter cost.

However, if the yacht is rebooked for the canceled date by another party, Charterer will receive a refund of less than 15% service charge.

If the owner must cancel, all monies shall be refunded by the Owner to the Charterer.
