FLORIDA BOATING LAW!



A person who was born on or after January 1st, 1988, must have completed a boater education course approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) or passed an approved equivalency exam to operate a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater (including PWCs). Renter is responsible to prove that he or she passed the test PRIOR to departure. Not having the boating safety completed will lead to cancelation with no refund.



If you were born before Jan. 1, 1988, you just need a valid ID.

RULES:



This vessel is strictly forbidden to go out on the open ocean, must stay within the bay area!



Prohibited: fishing, jeans, hard objects, towing.



Operation Hours: Sunrise to Sunset



Fuel price is $45 per quarter of the tank upon return of the vessel. Boat comes with a full gas tank prior to departure.



Weather cancellation: In case of unsafe weather on the day of the rental we can cancel with refund or reschedule.



Late pick up fee: in case of late pick up of a boat, renter is going to be charged $35 per every hour of delayed pick up after the pick up time.



Non standard pick up location fee: for delivery outside of the standard pick up spot, renter is going to be charged $39 of non standard drop off delivery fee.
