Beautiful 40' Tiara 36 Open Perfect for all boating; cruising, snorkeling, water sports, whale and dolphin watching, Catalina, Laguna, boogie boards, for an extra cost 2 SUP/kayak boards and an inflatable dock (SUP/kayak, dock, must be requested in advance and costs a little extra), sunsets....



Captain is included for 6 or less guests! Over 6 guests you pay your captain directly.



**PLEASE NOTE: Guests 7 through 12 (12 max) cost $100 more per each guest and can be paid for directly anytime before boarding**



**PLEASE NOTE: A $300 marina pickup fee will be applied to all charters and there is a surcharge for all special events and holidays (both will be paid well before departure directly).



**PLEASE NOTE: Fuel is not included in the price for charters over 2 hours. You pay an estimate for whatever fuel is used during your charter while on the charter directly. Fuel averages 55 gallons per hour on the ocean at 22 mph, very little in the Harbor. Avalon Catalina roundtrip averages 110 gallons and requires a 6.5 hour minimum charter.



Extra hours over 4 for half day and over 8 for full day are at a reduced per hour rate when available and are paid directly during the charter.



Amplified Blue Tooth Fusion Stereo system! Two large coolers full of fresh ice and some bottled water. Charterer pays for fuel. The Balboa Bay Resort may charge a pickup fee. Holiday weekends cost extra.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
