Get ready for an exciting day on the water with our brand-new 2025 Yamaha AR250 twin-engine jet boat! This safe and reliable boat is perfect for exploring Lake Monroe and the St. Johns River, Port Orange and New Smyrna, Mt Dora and the Harris Chain of Lakes, Belle Isle and the Conway Chain of Lakes, Lake Butler / Windemere, and the Clermont Chain of Lakes. We'll provide thorough instructions to ensure you're comfortable with its operation before you set off.
Enjoy the spacious swim platform, which is great for relaxing and safe for kids since there are no exposed propellers. You can beach the boat, dine at waterfront restaurants (we love the Swamp House!), visit Blue Springs State Park (and maybe even swim with manatees!), or simply take in the beautiful scenery.

FUEL DEPOSIT
Given the Yamaha AR250's size and power, its fuel consumption varies from 3 gallons per hour at idle to 24 gallons per hour at wide open throttle. Depending on speed and engine load, it typically consumes between 8 and 12 gallons per hour, or between 1.5 and 2.0 mpg. If you're doing a combination of swimming, beaching, cruising, and watersports, your average consumption could be lower. Your specific activities will influence how much fuel you use.
To cover fuel costs, we require a fuel deposit when you pick up the boat. We'll reset the boat's computer at the start of your rental to accurately measure your exact fuel usage. You'll only pay for the fuel you consume. We'll determine the cost by multiplying your usage by the prevailing rate for marine-grade fuel at local marinas after our discount. Marine-grade fuel is usually between $5 and $5.50 per gallon, less our 10% discount, which is currently running $4.50 per gallon. If the usage comes in lower, we'll reimburse you the difference from your deposit. If your usage is higher, we'll collect the difference at checkout. To provide you with a recent maximum usage example, one renter rotated 18 people tubing for a full eight hour day and used 63 gallons of fuel. So far that has been the most usage in a full day. Most use significantly less.
FUEL DEPOSIT BY RENTAL DURATION
2 Hours: $75
3 Hours: $95
4 Hours: $130
6 Hours: $175
8 Hours: $200
Alternatively, you can return the boat with the same fuel level as when you received it. There are nearby marinas for refueling, but it can be busy and most close at 5 PM. Their fuel typically costs between $5 and $6 per gallon.
TWO AND THREE HOUR RENTALS
With delivery fees added to the rental fees, two and three-hour rentals may not be affordable for some, so feel free to request a rental when the boat is already in the water and we can waive the delivery fees. If you're flexible about the time and location of your rental, this could be a great option. These shorter rentals are perfect if you're considering boat ownership and want to learn about trailering, launching, operating (including tubing/wakeboarding), and retrieval.
All rentals must be back at the dock by sunset for insurance purposes. Please factor this into your rental duration. We will adjust reservations as needed and offer a flexible cancellation policy.
Just bring your ice and drinks – we'll take care of everything else!
