No Glass or Styrofoam allowed. You are not allowed to beach the boat under any circumstances.
Children are required to wear a life jacket at all times.
We do provide 6 life jackets with the boat.
Our boat is pet friendly and there is a pet friendly surcharge of $50. Pets must be trained and cleaned up after. Any Excessive mess left on the boat will result in a cleaning fee, this cleaning fee applies to messes left from fishing and or smoking.
Pet friendly: Pet fee REQUIRED to bring pet and will be paid in advance.
Fuel: Fuel is not included. boat needs to be returned with a full tank or will be charged a separate fee for fuel at $5 per gallon used.
Must be 21yrs old to rent and operate this boat. You must also hold a U.S. Drivers License to rent. We strongly recommend that all renters take a boaters safety course for the state of Kentucky. Driver may not consume alcohol at anytime prior to or while operating the vessel and is required to adhere to all State and local boating laws.

Cancellation policy moderate
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
