Charter Details:

USCG Licensed to Carry Up to 6 Passengers (with Captain).

This is NOT a Bareboat Charter.



Charter Times:

Morning Charters: Starting at 10 AM or 11 AM

Afternoon Charters: Starting at 2 PM or 3 PM

Evening Charters: Starting at 6 PM or 7 PM

Weekend charters require a 3-hour minimum, no exceptions.



Special Requests:

Architectural Tours: Cruising the river for an architectural tour with narration requires additional time for navigating the Chicago locks. A premium fee applies, which can be discussed prior to booking.



Special Events & Holidays: Please note that special events and holiday weekends are subject to enhanced pricing.



Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel your charter under the following circumstances:



1. Weather Conditions: This includes sustained winds over 20 mph, small craft advisories, waves of 3 feet or more, thunderstorms, heavy rain, or fog with visibility less than 1.5 miles. We will monitor weather conditions and notify you about cancellations 1-3 hours before launch.

2. Mechanical Breakdown

3. Harbor Restrictions or Access Denied

4. Civil Unrest, Rioting, or Nearby War



⭐️We assume no liability for cancellations due to the above conditions.



**Before Boarding: If any of these conditions arise, we will attempt to reschedule for another time that day or on a different day.



**After Boarding: If the trip must be cut short for safety reasons, a prorated refund will be issued based on the portion of the trip not completed.



We will cruise in almost any weather, including light precipitation, so please dress accordingly.



Fees Payable Upon Boarding:

Charter Minimums:

⭐️Monday–Thursday: 2-hour minimum

⭐️Friday–Sunday: 3-hour minimum

⭐️Enhanced Pricing: Applies for special events and holidays.



*** BOAT RULES ***

-NO PETS

-No smoking on the boat (All charters are NON-SMOKING. Use of any tobacco products, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor devices, etc. are strictly prohibited. Use of any of these products may result in a non-refundable early termination of your charter and the assessment of a cleaning fee.)

-No paper, garbage, or feces is to be flushed down the toilet.

⭐️The toilet is protected with a mesh wire to protect it from receiving such items that can potentially damage the flushing system. If it is determined that a prohibited item is flushed down the toilet, a repair fee will be assessed and deducted from the deposit.⭐️



IF YOU NEED TO USE THE TOILET IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CAPTAIN IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT TAKE IT UPON YOURSELF TO REMOVE THE MESH WIRE SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!!



-Aboard the vessel, the passengers are expected to exhibit maturity at all times, along with hydration, and responsible fun.

-ALL Charters start and end at 31st Street harbor.

THERE ARE NO PICK-UPS AT NAVY PIER or ANY OTHER HARBORS or LOCATIONS.

-Charter starts at booked time. Not your arrival time. Please don't be late.

-Any major spills and stains as a result of illness, carelessness or excessive drinking will be charged $200 for the cost of cleaning and sanitizing. There is always a risk of sea sickness, so please be sure to bring the appropriate OTC meds or Sea Bands.

-Any person that experiences sea sickness must remain on deck. The cabin area below deck is NOT an appropriate place for any person to deal with seasickness. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any person vomiting anywhere in the below deck cabin area of the cruiser, including the “head”/bathroom.



-Alcohol & Recreational Drugs:

Our company is not authorized to sell alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol to consume at their own risk. However, if any guest displays signs of being overly intoxicated before or during the charter, our company reserves the right to end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price.

Illegal and recreational drugs are explicitly banned in any form. If consumption or possession of drugs is suspected, our company will end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price.



-WEAPONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED-

No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on board the vessel at any time. Bringing any of these prohibited items aboard may result in a non-refundable, early termination of your charter, or subject to arrest.



-The Captain at their own discretion can terminate any cruise due to any passenger’s excessive profanity, unlawful, unruly, dangerous and unsafe behavior, without any consideration of contracted time remaining for the charter. No refunds will be granted.



*** WHAT TO BRING ***

-BYOB, Completely prepared light snacks, beach towels, Swimwear, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Phone charger Paper plates/cups, Soft-side Cooler with Ice, **State Issued Drivers License or I.D**

-All food and beverages should be ready to eat (No food or drink preparation allowed in the cabin). Microwave and sink are available for use. Catering can be arranged



****Customary gratuity for excellent service by the crew is not included but very much appreciated****

A passenger waiver form must be signed prior to boarding vessel or before departure.
