FAQ:
1. Can we hook up our phone and play music via Bluetooth?
Yes you can!
2. Do you provide Alcohol & Snacks?
No we do not, this vessel is BYOB & BYOS. You must “bring your own booze and snacks!”
3. What food is Permitted on Board?
Pizza, Sandwiches, Fruit, cheese & meat Plate, Shrimp cocktail, etc. Very easy to eat foods and nothing that is too messy.
5. What happens if the weather is bad? What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We operate rain or shine. If the weather is VERY BAD, and the captain deems it Unsafe such as high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, we will cancel/refund or if possible we will reschedule.
6. What is the security deposit and can I pay it later?
In regards to security deposits and charges made by the Booking Platform, they are in charge of it as it is their charge and their insurance. Please check with them in regards to the security deposit and their conditions.
7. Is there a bathroom on board?
Yes there is and yes you can use it. It is very sensitive so you must respect boat rules when using a boat bathroom, this is one thing we are very serious about and will file to keep the security deposit if it is disrespected and doesn’t work at the end of your charter.
8. Where is the point of departure?
We depart from Pier 3 at “Venitian Marina” in Downtown Miami – feel free to search. Full address is given upon booking.
9. Can you pick up and drop off elsewhere?
Yes we can, for a fee. The fee is dependent on the time it takes to get to the point you want to be picked up from and whether there is a docking fee upon arrival.
10. Where can we go? What is the itinerary?
There are many places you can go. It is really dependent on the time you purchase. The captain can run through your options upon arrival. If you want more a tour it's doable your captain also can serve as a guide. If you already know the area and just wish to swim the captain can also help find you the best spot to do so.
11. Where can I park if I choose to drive a car?
FIRST OFF, PLEASE DON’T PLAN TO DRINK & DRIVE BUT GREAT QUESTION! It is not easy and I do not recommend driving if you are within a cheap Uber or Lyft ride away. If you make a booking on the weekend it can be very difficult and expensive to find parking.
However, in the case that you do chose to drive and need parking here are your options: Nearby Church Parking lot, Omni Parking, Marriot or Double Tree Grand Hotel Valet Parking, and street parking. There is also a Publix parking lot nearby that you might be able to find parking at and walk over, FYI it is about a 10-15minute walk from the Publix and we do not vouch for the safety of your car as its still parking designated for Publix.
12. What are your COVID RULES and RESTRICTIONS?
You must be wearing a mask to enter the Main Pier (3) the yacht is located on, the mask must remain on while at the marina but can be removed upon departure, while underway, and remain off during the charter.
13. Can we smoke & can we bring a hookah?
Smoking of any kind is NOT PERMITTED on board, nothing that produces ashes. VAPE & E-CIGS ONLY!
14. Can we arrive early to decorate for a birthday or event?
The way it works is you purchase your time on board the vessel, your set up of décor is part of that time. *A small amount of décor is permitted. Like a couple balloons, cake, and finger foods. - Nothing excessive as it cannot take a long time to set up and you need to properly dispose of it. No letting go of the balloons from the boat and polluting. No Glitter or small confetti. It needs to be simple and easy to clean and dispose of.
15. Can we spray Champagne all over the boat?
NO, PLEASE DON’T!
