We offer a moderate cancellation policy, allowing free cancellations up to 5 days before your booking start time. Cancellations within 2-5 days will receive a 50% refund, and bookings canceled within 2 days are non-refundable. For security, a deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your rental starts, ensuring any potential damage is covered. If no damage occurs, this hold is released after the trip.
