If “No Captain” is selected, please I require a 100 ton license in order to take out the boat on your own. All documentation must be submitted at least a few days before charter date.



During low season and weekdays a First Mate is not provided for maximum economy in prices.

Please limit parties to 1-2 cars Max as parking is limited. Uber is the best option.







Weather

Miami has an unpredictable tropical climate, meaning it is very hot with sudden sporadic Bursts of rain now and then, which rarely last more than 20-30min

Charters very rarely get canceled due to bad weather, only when it’s Deemed unsafe by the Captain will a rescheduling option be provided.



In the event of extreme weather, such as a hurricane, storms, lightning, or tornadoes, where it is dangerous to be in the water, the owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. However, there shall be no refunds in the event of “bad weather” such as cloudy weather, lack of sun or rain.
