Bring up to six people for a two-hour culinary cruise on the DC local waterways. Including two small-bite courses prepared by Michelin awarded Chef Troy Knapp and Captain of Cru Classé.
Much like a wine tasting, in this experience you will taste test several local, cold-water oysters selected to showcase briny nuances between the Chesapeake and Atlantic varieties. Oysters are served with a curated selection of specialty accouterments, and are shucked right on board by your guide and tasting curator.
