22' Hurricane Deckboat w/ new 200HP eng- for Multi-day rentals only

This is a 2004 22ft Hurricane Fundeck 218R with a 2023 200HP Yamaha engine. It has been meticulously maintained and updated with updated carpet, bimini, depth/GPS navigation/fish finder, and cover. This is a GREAT boat to use for tubing, skiing, and enjoying all that Lake Anna has to offer; however, it is a big boat that requires care when handling as it can be pushed around in the wind and take patience when docking. New boaters need to be cautious with this boat to avoid damage to the haul and siding from improper docking and handling. Any damage will be responsibility of the renter to pay to repair.



Delivery your dock on the public side of Lake Anna is included in the rental. If you need delivery to the private (warm) side of the lake, please select the transportation add-on. Since access to the private side is limited to home owners and their guests, you’ll need to provide access to a boat ramp for me to use to launch and pick up the boat. You’ll also need to provide a dock that the boat can be moored to when not in use. When the boat is delivered to you, the check-in and overview process takes about 30 mins. At that time, I will run over all of the systems and features with you as well as do a thorough walk-around of the boat with photographs taken and shared with you so we have documentation of the boat at delivery.



Coast guard capacity for the boat is 10 people, and it has a bimini top to keep you out of the sun and the occasional rain shower. Please note that Virginia requires all boat operators to successfully pass a boating safety course. The VA Dept of Fish and Wildlife will conduct random stops on the lake and issue tickets if you do not have proof of passing the safety course or meet their exception cases. BoatUS offers a free boat safety course online that meets the VA's requirement.



Dogs are permitted onboard if you purchase the “add a pet” add-on. You can bring up to two (2) dogs but will need to select 2 “add a pet” add-ons (one for each dog).



Rentals include adult, 4 youth (50-90lbs), 2 child (30-50lbs), and 2 infant (under 30lbs) life jackets as well as access to a 3-person Airhead Hot Dog towable, a 2-person Airhead steerable towable tube, a pair of Obrien Celebrity 68 Water Ski w/X-7 Adjustable Bindings, a Swonder 52''L x 21''W Kneeboard with Hook, a ZUP You Got This 2.0 Board (All-in-One Kneeboard, Wakeboard, Wakeskate, and Wakesurf Board) and tow ropes. Please note that depending on your group size, you may not be able to fit everything onboard. Prior to delivery, I will reach out and ask what items you for me to include during your rental.



Please note that any damage to the boat or other included accessories like life jackets, skis and towable will be billed through to the customer. If the boat is returned dirty, there is a $200 cleaning fee.
