The boat

This boat does not come with a captain. You will need to be 27 or older AND be an experienced boater to rent. In your request to book, please provide your age and qualifications.
Drivers born on or after September 1, 1993 are required by Texas state law to have a Texas Boater Education Certificate to operate a rental vessel.

I WILL NOT APPROVE THE BOOKING UNTIL YOU CONFIRM YOUR AGE AND BOAT OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Seats up to 12 people legally. As a personal preference I am allowing up to 8 people so everyone can be seated comfortably and safely.

OTHER NOTES
- Kids under 13 must wear a life jacket. Please bring life jackets for kids to ensure proper fit. Adult life jackets are provided.
- This boat is not set up for wake surfing.
- No glass containers allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Renters are responsible for fuel. Boat will be taken directly to the gas station after the rental and the receipt will be sent to the renter for reimbursement.
- Holiday weekends are subject to a price increase (Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July)


If requesting a 4 hr minimum on the weekend, the time windows will be:
10am-2pm (or earlier start time)
3pm-7pm (or later start time)

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
