NOTE: CAPTAIN’S FEES, FUEL AND GRATUITY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE!
We will provide you with a captains list for you to choose from.
No Smoking (vaping is ok).
The captains have requested to let you know that they will discourage smoking on the boat due to safety and fire issues and protecting you from paying for damage to the vessel. Vaping is ok.
(No tie-up to other vessels)
The captains have requested to inform you that they will NOT tie up to other boats due to safety concerns for the passenger and possible damage to the boat that they themselves and a charterer would be responsible for.
We do not recommend that you bring anything with glitter on it and no red wine as it can cost you extra cleaning fees.
THIS YACHT REQUIRES A CAPTAIN AND DECK HAND.
Captain set their own rate (see below) and you will book the captain separately.
Our yacht is a 55-foot oasis on the water, offering all the amenities and luxuries a group could need for an amazing day on the water. An awesome sound system, cabin air conditioning, large open cockpit layout with lots of room, large tanning area up front, and a large swim platform on the back of the boat. This boat stands out from the rest and is voted one of the Top Luxury cruising yachts in the Chicago area.
THIS YACHT REQUIRES A CAPTAIN AND DECK HAND.
This is a large yacht and will require a deckhand to assist the captain. Captains set their own rates that will include their deckhand (captain rates are about $100 per hour including their deckhands for weekdays and could be a little more, like $125, on holidays, weekends, and special events).
Charterer must hire and pay for his or her own captain.
Owner or owner’s representative will provide the Charterer with a list of approved captains that are insured and approved by the boat insurance. Charterer can choose from the approved captains list.
Charterer can provide their own captain if said captain has all the necessary USCG maritime credentials (100 Ton MMC License), has their own deckhand, and is approved by the vessel owner. Charterer must also provide their own insurance for the vessel and liability.
The captain and all crew members are agents and employees of the Charterer.
The captain and all crew members are not agents of the Owner. The captain and crew shall receive orders exclusively from the Charterer, such as general course of the voyage, but the captain shall be responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel.
A $50 per hour fuel charge will be billed to you 48 hours before departure.
This price is for river and playpen trips. Longer trips will require extra fuel compensation charges.
Lastly, it is industry standard and customary (but not mandatory) to include 15-20% gratuity of the overall booking cost to cover the captain and crew, including the cleaning crew.
