Drinking- Allowed, please drink responsibly (NO GLASS OR RED BEVERAGES)

Minimum age of 25 required to rent, if required renter must possess boaters education certificate (30 years old or younger)

Cleaning- please remove all items/trash, any excessive cleaning i.e. trash removal, spills, large amounts of debris, mud, pet hair ext.… will be an additional min. charge of $25.00

Damage- Renter is responsible for ALL damages to the boat during the duration of the rental

Deposit- A deposit of $500.00 will be held and returned when boat is returned in same condition it was rented
