Mental Floss can be picked up in Port Jefferson at the Town Dock and returned to her mooring in the Port Jefferson Mooring field. She can be sailed anywhere in the Long Island Sound and adjoining harbors and rivers and within 3 miles of the Atlantic coast. Popular destinations are Bridgeport, New London, Block Island, Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard.

She comes with a full tank of diesel included.
