24' Avalon Pontoon at Beautiful Gun Lake (SW Michigan)

Extra long 24' pontoon - clean and in in great condition for a 2008 model year.

Pontoon is located on Gun Lake in SW Michigan. 40 HP outboard motor provides excellent fuel efficiency.

Large open front deck area allows for extra room to sit down and dip your toes in the water; and to place extra coolers on so they do not get in the way of the inside deck area.

(4) total doors (one on every side and end of the boat) allow entry and exit for any/all dock types or however you might be anchored.

Bimini top covers the back half of the boat should you need some shade from the sun.

Please note that this pontoon sits in dry dock when not in use. So you must have a place to stay on the lake with a provided dock if this is a multi-day rental. Otherwise rental is limited to 1 day rental fee.

Enough life jackets for entire party will be provided. Some small extras (e.g. noodles, water guns, anchors, etc.) included.

All fuel is at the expense of the renter. Boat will come with full tank of gas and is either expected to be returned in the same way or additional cost to fill back up will be charged.

- Additional fees when renting during holidays / holiday weekends.

Please note per insurance policy, if renting for multiple days, boat must be docked by sunset and not taken back out again until sunrise.

Meeting place for boat review, launch, and return is Gun Lake Park - 2397 Patterson Rd, Wayland, MI 49348. Boat can be delivered to rental unit dock for an extra fee - see Add-Ons section.

No liveaboard. No smoking on the boat. Vaping however is okay. Responsible drinking also allowed. Pets aboard considered. Renter of course responsible for costs to repair any / all damages during their rental period.
