I became an ASA Certified Sailing Instructor in 2000 (certified instructor through Advanced Coastal Cruising), and have taught hundreds of people how to sail, coastal cruise and do bare boat chartering. I often charter boats in the Caribbean as well as sail my own boat in NY harbor and Long Island Sound.
