We are a professional Charter company based in Marina Del Rey and one of the very few Coast Guard licensed charters inspected vessel who can take more than 12 PASSENGERS! Our boats have all of the required safety equipment and all our charters are captained by a Master Captain and an experienced crew who are drug tested and trained. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party, graduations, wedding photos, charter events, potential business clients, or watching the sunset, the views of the coast along Santa Monica is very unique. Each charter is customizable and personalized to accommodate your needs. With plenty of room to spread out, Head watercraft, you can sit back and relax as we show you all the sights of the Marina del Rey Harbor. We want to make your experience aboard the Emory S Land an unforgettable one!

Please notice we do not allowed any water activity or jumping into the water for Safety & Insurance boating Regulations and Safety Concerns.

•GRATUITY IS EXCLUDED. Our captain and crew are working very hard to make your trip a memorable one. If you are happy with your experience, we suggest a 10-20% tip, or any other amount that you are comfortable with, for excellent service.



Refund or reschedule up to 14 days in advance. 7-14 days you will get 50% refund. Less than 7 days there are no refunds. Charter begins at scheduled time. Lateness may not be able to be made up depending on schedule. The "Security Allowance" is not charged at booking, but is a maximum amount that you may be charged after the charter based on damage you or your party may do do the vessel or its contents. Very rarely is any charge requested. Some examples of minor damage causing items include red wines, high heels,toilet damaged and vomiting.

Captain has sole discretion as to rescheduling for inclement weather. We are fully insured and licensed under the laws of LA County, California to operate yacht charters.

Rules for rescheduling

1. All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $100 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee.

2. Captain & crew members fee are subject to charge for events within 14 calendar days while rescheduling ( Captain rate is $75 per hour, crew member rate is $25 per hour )

3. No rescheduling is available within 14 business day of your scheduled event

4. Free reschedule due to weather (e.g.: Heavy rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast) or mechanical issues
