We offer both "Captained" and "No Captain" charters. Please note that regardless of the charter type, the captain rate is not included in the Boatsetter price. A “Captained” charter provides an estimate of what guests are expected to pay the captain directly.

*A USCG licensed captain is REQUIRED. Per USCG regulations we are not allowed to provide you with a captain. You are welcome to either supply your own captain that meets all of the owner and USCG regulations or you may choose a captain from a list of 5 to 10 pre-approved captains that we have vetted and are familiar with our vessel. Captain’s fee is separate and paid directly to the captain. Once you book with us we will provide you with the list of captains. Captains typically charge $100-$150 per hour. A list of authorized captains will be provided. Renter to communicate directly with the captain.*

*Gratuity for Captains is suggested, but not included in their rates. The standard industry rate is 15%-20% of the captain's total rate.*

Charter Guidelines:

-Charter Capacity is 10 passengers +Captain/Crew. No more than 10 guests.

-All passengers must be 21 to drink alcoholic beverages

-Bareboat Charter Agreement is required before departure.

-No lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk. A signed waiver is required for swimming.

-No boat tie-ups

-No red wine, colored juices, or staining food

-Renter is liable for any damage to the vessel

Weather Policy:

If it is unsafe to operate on the day of your charter due to weather, then we will give you a full refund or reschedule at a discounted rate on a date/time the boat is available.

On the day of your charter, we have the authority to deem whether weather conditions are considered safe or unsafe. Uncharterable weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, waves forecasted over 4+ feet, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, and strong winds. Light rain and passing storms are typically considered safe.

In the case that conditions are considered unsafe, our team will work with the guests to temporarily postpone or reschedule your charter to a future date.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.

50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.

Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
