Do I need to drive the boat? Nope! A licensed captain is provided on every trip — it's required by Coast Guard regulations. You and your crew just show up and enjoy the ride.

Are there any hidden fees? None. The total you see on Boatsetter at checkout is exactly what you pay. That includes the boat rental, captain, platform fees, and taxes — all in one transparent total. No surprise charges on the day of, ever. Tipping your captain is always appreciated but completely optional.

Do I need to bring my own food, drinks, or alcohol? Only if you want to! We provide complimentary ice and water, so you're covered on the basics. Most guests grab food, drinks, and alcohol from nearby stores — Whole Foods, Pura Vida, and liquor stores are all within two blocks of the dock. It's one of the best perks of our South Beach location.

Is there anything else I need to bring? Just yourselves, your food and drinks if you'd like them, and good vibes. We provide fuel, ice, water, a floating water mat, and all safety equipment.

Can you drop us off at a restaurant? Yes! If you'd like to end your trip at a waterfront restaurant, just coordinate with your captain, and we'll make it happen.

How does the bonus time work? Once you book and confirm the special offer, your extra time is added to your trip. It may not show on the Boatsetter booking page, but it's guaranteed once confirmed — just mention it when you book.

What forms of payment and ID do I need? Original payment method and a valid ID are required for verification before boarding.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
