The boat is typically delivered with a full tank of regular gas

After your rental, we’ll refill it and only charge you for the fuel used (receipt provided)

If the tank isn’t full due to back-to-back bookings, we’ll document the level before and after your ride

No additional refueling fees – you only pay for what you use

(Tank capacity: 40 gallons; 10% = 4 gallons)

Before the rental, all participants must sign a waiver and acknowledgment of risk form required by our insurance provider.

The renter is at least 21 years old

The operator is either born before Sept 1, 1993, or holds a valid Texas Boater Education Certificate

Signing the waiver is mandatory for all participants

You may be asked to present a valid ID or boater certificate before or during the rental

Failure to sign the waiver or prove eligibility may result in cancellation without reimbursement

Need to meet the boating requirement?

You can complete a 3-hour online course or request a 15-day deferral through the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department website.
