Bookings are subject to favorable weather conditions with a full refund if the weather is not good.
Dangling feet off the bow or standing on the bow is prohibited while under way
The charter starts on time. Lateness will not affect the pricing
Alcohol is permitted but must drink responsibly, Anyone that becomes intoxicated and rowdy will result in the termination of the charter but not the price
Last but not least - willing to have a blast
